Customer Experience Strategy
June 17, 2025
Not every new idea
is a good one.
Innovation is exciting.
Strategy is boring.
Put them together and suddenly you’ve got something dangerously useful.
Without strategy, innovation is chaos.
Post-its everywhere.
Ideas flying.
Budgets crying.
A dozen prototypes, a podcast, and no clue what problem you’re solving.
An innovation strategy doesn’t kill creativity.
It gives it a map.
Asking: What’s worth doing?
What fits the brand?
What actually helps the customer instead of just impressing the innovation jury?
Not every idea needs a launch party.
Some need a quiet burial and a polite “Thanks for playing.”
The goal isn’t to be first.
Or loudest.
It’s to be right — at the right time, in the right way, for the right people.
And no, strategy doesn’t mean slowing down.
It means not running in circles wearing a jetpack.
So go ahead — think big, break things, disrupt whatever you want.
Just make sure someone’s steering.
